I started making my own soap and other bath and body products about 10 years ago because I got tired of paying a lot of money for products that didn't cause my skin to become dry or irritated. Like many people I didn't realize that many of the products I bought had harsh chemicals that could dry skin and fragrance oil blends that could cause irritation. I also didn't know that you could make your own high quality soap and other bath & body products for a fraction of the price.

I had no idea that making melt and pour soaps, bath/body & massage oils, and bath salts was pretty easy and not very time consuming. I also found wonderful hobby that I love doing and I hope you do too. I created this page to share the knowledge I've gathered over the years and to learn from others.
